All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for
is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange
rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your
local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there
is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
4. Selected carpets can be payed easily and securely:
a) By choosing PayPal you will be redirected to PayPal’s website. Upon registration you must confirm the transaction. Paying with your PayPal account will be processed immediately after which the new state of your account is displayed. You will receive a confirmation of the transaction by email with information on the payment made. When billing from your account, the amount will be converted and billed in euros (€). PayPal makes a currency conversion from Croatian kuna (HRK) in euro (EUR) to process the transaction, so a small price correction in the amount may occur due to exchange rate difference.

5. Shipping for the following areas
a) Region of Croatia:
– For orders above 500 kn (~ about 70 EUR) shipping is free.
– For orders below 500 kn (~ about 70 EUR) shipping fee is 60 kn (~ about 9 EUR).
b) All other EU members:
– For orders above 500 kn (~ about 70 EUR) shipping is free.
– For orders below 500 kn (~ about 70 EUR) shipping fee is 150 kn (~ about 21 EUR).
b) Other customers outside the above-mentioned countries delivery is charged at a fixed fee of 750 kn (~ about 100,00 EUR) or equivalent of other listed currencies.
Shipping is done within 2-15 business days from the date of payment for the Croatian region, and internationally within 15-30 days from the date when your payment has been transferred to our account, under the terms of delivery of HP Express or UPS.

6. If you received the carpet that you did not order or you get a damaged product, inform us. If the claim is valid, send the ordered product back on your expense, within 14 days of the complaint, and we’ll return the full amount minus bank expenses and credit card company expenses.
To claim admitted, the carpet must be returned in original condition, must not be used. For damages resulting from customer negligence or improper use, warranty will not be warranted.
Note: About the characteristics of handmade carpets inform here on ABOUT US (Number 6). These characteristics are not subject to complaint. Items that are on special offer can not be replaced.
7. How to buy: first select the carpet, and if available, select button “buy” under the carpet, and carpet will be saved in your cart. The process can repeat and add to cart more carpets. The next step is to checkout. If you are a registered user, sign in with your e-mail and password. And if you are a guest you must give us your contact information. Then continue. Price will be formed depending on whether you are a buyer from European Union or from a country outside EU. Then select a payment method: bank transfer. As soon as we receive your payment, the carpet will be delivered.
